Rachel is a wildlife field biologist with over four years of professional experience across the United States. Her experience includes pre/post-construction monitoring, habitat assessment and surveys for listed/unlisted species, and habitat management for migratory birds and waterfowl hunting.  Her knowledge base is in biological monitoring techniques and practical application for wildlife conservation. Rachel has served as a technician for the National Park Service and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service working with endangered species like the Kemp’s Ridley sea turtle, Yuma Ridgeways rail, and Coachella Valley fringe-toed lizard.  Rachel has participated in various outreach opportunities promoting wildlife conservation and employment opportunities in the field. Additionally, Rachel is trained in heavy equipment for agricultural tractors and venomous snake safety.
