More About Meghan
Meghan Bowen is an ecologist with over 5 years of environmental consulting experience. She previously conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments for residential, commercial, and rural properties throughout the United States. She has also conducted a historical ecology analysis for protected coastal land in California, to guide future conservation goals for a biodiversity hotspot. Meghan has a strong background in environmental data analysis and presentation, with past work including: hummingbird diversity surveys in Costa Rica, an evaluation of restoration success in Orange County, and linking forest loss to malaria incidence in the Amazon Basin. She holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management (MESM) from the Bren School at the University of California Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of California Santa Barbara.
