More About Kate
Kate is a highly skilled landscape designer with several years of experience in plant design and installation. In addition to her work in landscape architecture, she spent eight years working at a plant nursery in the Midwest where she designed, studied, organized events, and authored a book. Her book showcases over 125 plants that provide and support ecological services, human benefits, economic benefits, and pollinator and wildlife health. Through the nursery and in private practice, she created various plant designs, sketches, and additional visual information for clients.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architectural Studies degree and a Minor in Urban Planning from the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design at The University of Arkansas.
