Phil Rosenberg is a licensed Professional Geologist, Certified Engineering Geologist , and Certified Hydrogeologist with over 35 years of consulting experience, providing environmental and engineering consulting services to clients in both the public and private sectors. He has significant experience with complex sites with emerging or multiple contaminants, and provides expert witness testimony related to soil and groundwater contamination issues. He has interacted closely with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies. Phil has significant experience in water quality, having worked on sites with both ground and surface water issues, including contaminants in surface water bodies. Phil maintains professional licenses in Arizona, California, Missouri, Oregon, and Wyoming, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Geological Sciences from Bradley University.
