Ahmed Soliman is an ecologist with a decade of experience specializing in regulatory compliance in California, New York, and New Jersey. He has worked for organizations, such as the California Department of Fish and Game, CalTrans, and the United States Army Corps of Engineers. As an ecologist and project manager, Ahmed has managed ecological restoration, wetland delineation, mitigation banking, and shoreline habitat restoration projects. He is well versed in Federal and State laws and regulations including, the National Environmental Policy Act, Endangered Species Act, Clean Water Act, Section 10 of Rivers and Harbors Act, and Section 404 permitting. He has extensive experience in biological monitoring, flora and fauna surveys, wetland delineations, habitat assessments, and ecological design. Ahmed holds a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology from California State University, Fresno.
