Great Ecology Welcomes Elias Potashov, MCRS!

Elias joins our San Diego team as an Associate Ecologist, bringing over five years of experience throughout California performing habitat restoration, conservation, and natural resource management. Elias has worked on projects spanning federal, private, and academic sectors and has a strong background in experimental design, field crew oversight, and the monitoring of vegetation, soil, and species interactions. The cornerstone of his career path is ensuring proper habitat restoration and enhancement efforts for threatened and endangered species and their associated habitats. He holds a Master's in Conservation and Restoration Science from UC Irvine and a Bachelors in Horticulture and Urban Forestry from UC Davis.
