Great Ecology Welcomes Rachel & Patrick!

Please join us in welcoming Rachel Noriega and Patrick Macpherson to our San Diego team!

Rachel is a wildlife field biologist with over four years of professional experience across the United States. Her experience includes pre/post-construction monitoring, habitat assessment and surveys for listed/unlisted species, and habitat management for migratory birds and waterfowl hunting. Rachel holds a Bachelors in Wildlife Biology and Conservation from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. 

Patrick has six years of experience in the CEQA/NEPA planning field, in addition to Land Use Planning, Environmental Compliance, Environmental Planning, and Mitigation management. His experience includes work on large scale projects including transportation projects and energy projects that required consultations from various disciplines and agencies to small projects including HUD environmental documents and cell tower upgrades. Patrick holds a Masters of City Planning and Environmental Planning from San Diego State University.
