Great Ecology Welcomes Ryan & Stephanie!
We have exciting news to share, Ryan Morrison and Stephanie Gad have joined Great Ecology!
Ryan is an Associate Coastal Ecologist and has over nine years of experience in habitat restoration, water resource management and analysis, and environmental permitting. He is adept at managing and conducting various ecological assessments for various habitats including wetlands, streams, and oyster reefs while collaborating with engineers and scientists to develop associated restoration plans. In addition, he has experience conducting complex spatial analyses on the watershed scale comparing habitat conditions and restorability.
Stephanie is an Ecologist Affiliate with a background in marine planning and wetland restoration and mitigation. She has four-plus years of experience supporting restoration and mitigation projects through various stages including planning, permitting, and annual monitoring and reporting. Her experience includes managing complex and shifting project schedules, team coordination, and data analysis.
