Great Ecology Welcomes Dr. Borden & Dr. Sakal!
We’re excited to welcome Dr. Jesse Borden and Dr. Taom Sakal to Great Ecology!
Dr. Borden is a conservation ecologist with a strong background in interdisciplinary terrestrial ecology. His research has focused on human habitat alteration and its impact on ecological communities.
Dr. Sakal is a theoretical biologist and an expert in the mathematical modeling of complex ecological and evolutionary systems. He specializes in applying network science, big data, optimization, and pure mathematics techniques to biological problems.
