Jessica "Jess" Druze is an experienced environmental scientist and wildlife biologist specializing in ornithology and rare species assessments. She has over seven years of experience working in the Northeast and the Rocky Mountain region. 

Jess has a diverse background working in a variety of roles in natural resource management, wildlife biology, forestry, education, offshore wind, and oil and gas. She previously worked as a field biologist to locate and conduct habitat assessments for threatened, endangered, and sensitive species for oil and gas development projects throughout the Rocky Mountain regions. Additionally, she has experience conducting bat acoustic monitoring, data analysis, and report preparation for threatened and endangered bats. She is a wetland professional in training and has experience delineating wetlands for large-scale energy projects. She brings experience in environmental permitting and natural resource management with a focus on the New Jersey coast.

Jess holds a bachelor's degree in Conservation Biology from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry and an associate degree in environmental science from Brookdale Community College. She is currently working to obtain a master's in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources from Clemson University.
