Luis is an experienced operations manager who specializes in a wide variety of projects including grading and dirt work, mining, construction, and agriculture. He has overseen projects involving hundreds of acres of land transformation and heavy machine usage. Luis also brings experience with international permitting, mainly in Mexico, where he coordinated with government agencies on an Environmental Impact Report. He brings an additional background in Southern California real estate investing.

Luis is a native San Diegan and US Air Force veteran. He has dual citizenship with Mexico. Outside of work, he serves as an ambassador for the game of Polo.
