Liz Clift, MFA Promoted to Director of People, Culture, & Communications
We are pleased to announce that Liz Clift, MFA has been promoted to Director of People, Culture & Communications at Great Ecology!
Liz has been with us for over eight years and her dedication, vision, and leadership continue to be an inspiration to us all. Liz, we’re thrilled to see you step into this new role where you will undoubtedly continue to foster an inclusive, dynamic, and positive environment for everyone!
When Liz accepted a part-time offer as Copy Editor/Office Manager at Great Ecology in 2016, she was simultaneously turning down a full-time offer with another company. Her instincts told her Great Ecology would provide more opportunities for growth and more chances to put her degrees to use! Eight years later, Liz is thrilled that her instincts were right and she appreciates working with people who are invested in one another’s success; who are passionate about the work they do; and who are working to make a tangible, positive impact on the world! In her new role, Liz looks forward to fostering a workplace that inspires employees to be curious, compassionate, and highly-engaged.
