CHEERS Plan Released for Cleveland Shoreline Enhancement

Over the past year, Great Ecology has worked with WRT and KS Associates to develop the Cleveland Harbor Eastern Embayment Resilience Study (CHEERS) for Cleveland Metroparks. The plan aims to create 80 acres of parkland and resilient living shoreline while providing equitable green space and lake access to the surrounding community. Additionally, the redesigned shoreline will act as a natural buffer protecting local neighborhoods and Interstate 90 from storm surge and rising water levels.
