Quick Facts:
- Development Type: Residential
- Client: F&F Properties
Project Summary:
Great Ecology completed a Biological Resources Survey on behalf of F&F Properties, a real estate developer in the City of San Diego, CA, to assist in permitting a residential development project, located adjacent to the San Diego Multiple Habitat Planning Area (MHPA) and the San Diego Multiple Species Conservation Program (MSCP) Subarea Plan. Staff biologists conducted on-site surveys and remote sensing analyses to determine if mitigation efforts were required. As with all City of San Diego projects, Great Ecology followed the Biological Guidelines within the City’s Land Development Code. The Biological Resource Survey found no sensitive plant or wildlife species on the project site, suggesting the development could move forward. Construction at the site is planned for 2022.
